D.med Software Approach
Development of a corporative service software for customer’s dialysis machines in .Net Framework 4.5. The desktop application is used all around the world to manage customer Technical Service Department.
Key features of the service software are: Dialysis machine information, spare parts and measurements tool management; Intervention tracking and report documents generation; Electronic safety inspection protocols and SAP synchronization, etc.
All information related to the dialysis machines, maintenance, etc. is stored in a SQL Server cloud database.
Offline mode: The software includes a data synchronization system that enables the technician to work in a local database and automatically update the data in the cloud when it is online.
Currently there are more than 200 dialysis machines registered.
